INTRODUCING

Hidden in plain sight

Hidden In Plain Sight invites adults 55+ to slow down, look again, and rediscover the joy of movement, curiosity, and place. Designed as a relaxed, guided walking experience, it celebrates the pleasure of noticing what often goes unseen—stories, details, and connections hiding in everyday spaces.

Part of EQL’s Third Act approach to joyful aging, Hidden In Plain Sight blends gentle movement, conversation, and discovery. It’s not about distance or speed—it’s about connection, curiosity, and seeing familiar places with fresh eyes.

This experience is part of Education for Quality Living’s signature program - The Third Act – an approach to intentional, engaged, and joyful aging.

Seeing What's Been There All Along

Hidden In Plain Sight is designed for adults 55+ who enjoy walking, conversation, and discovery—but at a pace that feels relaxed and welcoming. Each guided walk encourages

participants to slow down, notice details, and engage with the stories, architecture, art, and everyday moments that often go unnoticed.

These walks are not about covering long distances or memorizing facts. They are about connection—to place, to people, and to curiosity. Along the way, participants share observations, exchange stories, and experience the simple pleasure of seeing familiar spaces with fresh eyes.

As part of EQL’s Third Act approach, Hidden In Plain Sight supports joyful aging through gentle movement, social connection, and lifelong learning. The experience is intentionally accessible and adaptable, making it well-suited for individuals, small groups, and visitors seeking something meaningful and engaging.

Sometimes the most meaningful discoveries are the ones that have been there all along.
